Shipping & Returns
All US orders ship by either USPS or UPS.
All items ship via USPS. Orders up to 4 pounds will ship USPS 1st Class International and orders weighing more than 4 pounds will ship USPS Priority International. Any and all import taxes, duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/resident of the country imposing such fees. By law, we are not allowed to change information on custom's forms for the avoidance of any import taxes, duties or fees.
Items are made to order and will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the item description.
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled so please look your order over carefully before you check out.
Returning an item
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to start your return. Item must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you choose a shipping method that includes tracking just in case something should happen to the package in transit.
Any return received without prior authorization may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any problems with your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item not including shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Orders Returned Undeliverable
If an order is returned to us by USPS/UPS marked undeliverable, address not found, etc. we will contact you to give the option to pay to have the order re-shipped to the correct address or receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. If we do not hear back from you within 10 business days we will issue a refund minus all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total purchase price.
